Here's a few simple scripts showing some basic concepts that should help with the Match 3 Game.
Just copy paste them into the main.cpp file of a project to see what they do.
I've commented them so you can hopefully see exactly what each line does.
A script demonstrating how to use and modify 2D arrays, handy for making a table, like a grid for the Match 3 game
Shows how to detect button presses from the user at any time in the program without having to explicitly stop the program and ask for an input. Also, for detecting Arrow Keys, you can compare keyPressed to these Keycodes:
Up Arrow 72Down Arrow 80Left Arrow 75Right Arrow 77A script that shows how to write characters at coordinates and in colour, also shows how to manipulate the coordinates to make the script to make it slowly colour in part of the window. Useful for displaying a grid of coloured values.
A extremely simplified version of the BetterWriting script that just has the bare minimum to print a letter at a specific point on the screen.
